Description
This is one in a series of studies I did for larger paintings that are about putting unlike elements together and seeing how they relate. Im interested in how the bits and pieces, the various marks and patterns, create a sense of conversation or narrative. In this series I omitted the element of color so I could see the elements in their most austere form.
